The rack rate for Gentle Winds units IN season, December 1 through April 30th is:

Three Bedroom$400/nightOff Season$250/night

2 Bedroom Garden 300/nightOff Season 200/night

2 Bedroom 275/nightOff Season 180/night

These rates may vary with length of stay or for holidays (Christmas, President's Day, and Easter), or shoulder times (early Dec. or late April). There is a four night minimum stay. Monthly rates off season start at $2200 excluding maid service and utilities. Monthly in-season rates start at $4500. A fully refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected with each rental. There is an 8% hotel tax in the Virgin Islands. Payments may be made online using any credit card with Paypal. Let me know and I will send you a "request for funds". Or checks are accepted. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remainder is charged 45 days before arrival. Have your rates confirmed first and your reservation will be put on hold. There is a no smoking policy in most of the units. Please let me know if you smoke.
