The island of St. Croix has a permanent population of 50,000 and yet there is such a diversity of really wonderful restaurants on the island from haut cuisine to marina-side bar and grills catering to boaties, to local Cruzan-style food, nearby Puerto Rican influenced specialties, to great outdoor and seaside hamburger and tropical drink places.
